The present petition has been filed challenging the order dated 09.08.2022 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Jalandhar whereby the application under Section 311 CrPC filed by the petitioner has been dismissed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the present petition has since been rendered infructuous inasmuch as the petitioner stands convicted in the present case vide judgment of conviction dated 30.05.2023. 3.

Dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
