H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Gurtej Singh, states that the petitioners have since joined the investigation and they are not required for custodial interrogation by the local police.

In these circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioners vide order dated 6.12.2019 is made absolute, subject to fulfillment of conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. The petition in that way is allowed.
