ARUN PALLI, J (Oral) Learned counsel for the parties submit that duration of the contract was only till 31.03.2024. Whereafter, pursuant to the order passed by the State Government, it was extended for a further period of three months that expires on 30.06.2024. It is submitted that the substantial work has since been executed by the petitioner. And even the extended period shall be over in less than two months. Therefore, the petitioner would continue to operate till the extended period. Thus, the petition be disposed of as infructuous.

In the given circumstances, we are not required to delve any further into the matter and the petition, as prayed for, is accordingly disposed of.
