Present petition has been filed for directing respondents No.2 to 4 for taking appropriate action with regard to the injuries inflicted to the petitioner and proceeding in accordance with law against the guilty keeping in view the peculiar facts and circumstance of the case and age of the petitioner since he is 87 years old and has been harassed by the accused party, i.e. private respondents.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that despite there being MLR produced by the petitioner, no action has been taken by the official respondents.
