The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 20.01.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-35249-2024, whereby District Magistrate-concerned authority is directed to consider the prayer of the petitioner for renewal of the arms licence, afresh.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that in compliance of the order dated 20.01.2025, armed license of the petitioner has been renewed. He has produced a copy of License Holder Master Report issued by the Arms License Issuance Authority, District Magistrate, Jind, Haryana, which is taken on record.

In view of the above, since order dated 20.01.2025 passed by VIRENDRA SINGH ADHIKARI 2026.03.11 19:23 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
