(Oral) Today, at the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there has been a change in circumstances inasmuch offences under Prevention of Corruption Act have been deleted. It has been submitted that in view of changed circumstances, he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh before the Trial Court/Court of Sessions.
