(ORAL ) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'the Cr.P.C.)' praying for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.255 dated 29.09.2019, under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 IPC, registered at Police Station Hasanpur, District Faridabad, Haryana.

On 05.12.2019, while issuing notice of motion to the State by this Court, it was directed that in the meanwhile, till the next date of hearing only and specifically, at this stage, upon the petitioner joining RAJ KUMAR ARORA 2020.01.14 16:55 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

(2) Cr.P.C., if sought to be arrested, he shall be released on bail on his furnishing adequate bail and surety bonds to the satisfaction of the arresting officer/Illaqa Magistrate.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Samay Singh, states that the petitioner has joined investigation and has fully cooperated with the investigation process. He further states that the petitioner is no more required for further custodial interrogation. In view of above, the present petition is allowed. Interim order dated December 05, 2019, is hereby made absolute. January 14, 2020.
