Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed an election petition dated 25.11.2022 (Annexure P-2), which is not being decided and the same is pending since long hence, the respondents be directed to decide the election petition in a time bound manner so that the petitioner does not suffer any prejudice.
