1. The contempt petition has been preferred by the petitioner alleging disobedience of the Court's order dated 10.09.2015. Learned counsel submits that in terms of the order passed by this Court, the respondents had released the entire benefits, but now they seek to withdraw the same.

2. This Court finds that a show cause notice has been given to the petitioner without referring to the case filed by the petitioner. In reply to the show cause notice, the petitioner has already submitted her details and the fact of the relief having been granted by the High Court of Punjab and Haryana. Thereafter, nothing further has been done at the level of the respondents.

3. In view thereof, no case for contempt is made out.

4. Contempt petition stands dismissed.
