(Oral) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. read with Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of concession of interim bail to the petitioner for attending marriage of his son., The petitioner is presently lodged in judicial custody in a criminal case bearing FIR No.101 dated 25.6.2019 registered under Sections 302, 427, 34 and 120-B IPC and Section 25, 27 of Arms Act at Police Station Kamboj District Amritsar (Rural) (Annexure P-1).

In response to the notice of the aforesaid petition, the State counsel filed report of SHO Police Station Kamboj and on instructions from GAURAV SOROT 2023.01.17 09:50 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order, judgment and documents.

( 2 ) CRM-M-60440-2022 ASI Sarwan Singh submits that there is marriage of the son of the petitioner which is fixed for 28.1.2023.

In view of the above, the present petition is allowed and petitioner is granted interim bail from 20.01.2023 to 30.01.2023 to the satisfaction of trial Court/Duty Magistrate concerned and is to surrender by 12 noon on 31.1.2023.
