Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) The petition has been filed inter alia seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to revise the petitioner's pension by fixing the notional pay at ` 1,39,400 with all consequential benefits. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before respondent No.5. At this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case respondent No.5 is directed to decide his pending legal notice, dated 02.02.2024, Annexure P-8, in a specified period.

Mr. R.S. Budhwar, Additional Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice and submits that the pending legal notice, dated 02.02.2024, will be decided by the fifth respondent expeditiously. 5.

In view thereof, without going into the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the fifth respondent-Accountant General (A&E), Haryana, to consider and decide the pending legal notice, dated 02.02.2024, by passing a speaking order in accordance with law, within a period of three months from receiving a certified copy of this order.
