(ORAL) This petition has been filed for issuance of directions to respondents No. 1 to 3 to conduct fair and impartial investigation in crossversion registered vide dairy No. 3 dated 29.11.2019 under Sections 323, 324, 452, 148, 149 IPC in FIR No. 147 dated 28.11.2019 under Sections 323, 324, 379, 295, 452, 148, 149 IPC, registered at Police Station Dhariwal, District Gurdaspur.

Ms. G.K.Mann, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of respondents No. 4 to 9 and filed her power of attorney which is taken on record.

At the outset learned State counsel submits that with regard to grievous injury, Section 326 IPC has been added vide DD No. 23 dated 22.12.2019.

In view of the above, no further action is called for. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
