**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 535 dated 02.11.2019, registered under Sections 323, 506, 34 IPC (Sections 325 and 307 IPC added later on), Police Station Sector-14, Gurugram, District Gurugram.

Vide order dated 05.12.2019 the petitioner was granted interim bail and was directed to join the investigation. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 05.12.2019 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Surender, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is no more required for any further investigation.
