This is an application for preponing the date of hearing in the main case (CR No.6878 of 2023) from 16.05.2024 to an early date. 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that notice of motion in the present petition was issued on 12.01.2024. In the meantime, the Appellate Court has fixed the date of hearing in the appeal for 12.04.2024. He prays that the date of hearing in the main petition may be preponed and the same may be disposed off with a direction to the Appellate Court to decide the proceedings in a time-bound manner. 3.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. With the consent of learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner, the main revision petition, which is pending for 16.05.2024, is taken on Board today itself. CM stands disposed off.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in the present case notice of motion was issued on 12.01.2024, however, none has put in appearance on behalf of the respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the present revision petition may be disposed off with a direction to the Appellate Court to decide the appeal in a time-bound manner. It is further the contention that the appeal is now fixed for hearing on 12.04.2014. 5.

In view of the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present revision petition is disposed off with a request to the Appellate Court to decide the appeal expeditiously, preferably on the next date of hearing i.e. 12.04.2014. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
