(ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Section 482 CrPC, prayer has been made for issuance of directions to the official respondents so as to proceed against private respondents under Sections 295, 295-A, 500 of Indian Penal Code in pursuance to representation dated 20.10.2022 submitted at the instance of petitioner. 2.

Upon advance notice, Mr. Tarun Aggarwal, Sr. D.A.G. Punjab submits that aforementioned representation submitted by petitioner shall be considered and dealt with within a period of eight weeks from today followed by supplying the outcome thereof to petitioner within two weeks thereafter.
