1. This is a contempt petition filed in the year 2023 with regard to non-compliance of an order passed by this Court in the year 2010 which was upheld by the Supreme Court in 2016.

2. From 2016 to 2023, the petitioners have remained quiet and have not filed contempt petition. In view of Section 20 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, limitation of filing contempt proceedings is of one year.

3. Dismissed on the ground of limitation.

4. However, the petitioners shall be free to pursue the legal remedies available to them.
