Present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for directing the respondent-authorities to grant the benefit of ACP correctly w.e.f. 01.09.2014 instead of 01.09.2016 as the petitioners were appointed in the year 2002 and were regularized w.e.f. 16.08.2002, i.e. the date of their initial appointment vide order dated 30.06.2017; further to grant arrears of salary alongwith interest and to fix pay correctly as the juniors to petitioners are getting more salary. At the outset, learned counsel on instructions from petitioners submits that instead of pressing the present petition on merits, his client would be satisfied in case Legal Notice dated 07.01.2022 (P-15) is decided expeditiously.
Notice of motion to the aforesaid limited extent. On asking of the Court, Mr. Kiran Pal Singh, Assistant Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent(s)- State and raises no objection against the innocuous prayer of the petitioners. In view of the above, but without expressing any opinion on DINESH KUMAR 2022.12.22 12:06 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document merits of the claim of the petitioners, this writ petition is disposed off with
CWP No. 29860 of 2022 (O&M) -2direction to the competent authority to consider and decide the above legal notice as per law, within two months from receipt of certified copy of this order.
