Petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in FIR No.302 dated 31.10.2023, under Sections 3 and 7 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955, and Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, (offences under Sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 13 of the Seeds Act, 1966 and Section 120-B and 34 IPC were added later on) registered at Police Station Sadar Narwana, District Jind.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to accept the prayer, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, wishes to withdraw the present petition, at this stage. 3.

Ordered accordingly.
