Application bearing No.CRM-1074-2024 has been field to withdraw the main petition i.e. CRM-M-57645-2023. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that pursuant to the remand directions issued vide order dated 13.09.2023, respondent No.2 has passed the final order dated 07.12.2023, which has been challenged by the petitioner by filing revision before the Court of Sessions bearing CRR No.121 of 2023, which is pending for 15.01.2024. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends further that in view of the aforesaid revision, present petition (CRM-M-57645-2023) has been rendered infructuous and therefore, he withdraws the same. Learned counsel seeks liberty to raise all the pleas as taken in the present petition before the Court of Sessions in CRR No.121 of 2023 in addition to the pleas already taken in that revision.
