Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.99 dated 21.09.2022, under Section 379 IPC and Section 21 of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957, registered at Police Station Bilga, District Jalandhar (Rural).

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Darbara Singh submits that in compliance of order dated 22.12.2022, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 22.12.2022 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
