RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No. 154 dated 09.11.2012, under Section 420 IPC at Police Station Valtoha, District Tarn Tarna.

Heard.

Considering the period of absence of petitioner during trial w.e.f. 28.04.2014 i.e. around more than 5 years and also after his declaration as proclaimed offender on 12.04.2016 for more than 3 years, he does not deserve the concession of regular bail.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition. Ordered accordingly.
