Mr. Inderjeet Singh Kang, Assistant Advocate General, Punjab *** PANKAJ JAIN, J. (ORAL) CM No.370-2023 This is an application for placing on record the correct representation as Annexure P-6 dated 12.12.2022 as due to clerical error, wrong document has been attached earlier as Annexure P-6.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, application is allowed. Correct representation i.e. Annexure P-6 is taken on record. CWP No. 29999 of 2022 The petitioners have preferred present petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing of the impugned order dated 3.10.2022 (Annexure P-4) whereby the petitioner who has been posted on deputation with the Intelligence Wing, Punjab has been ordered to ARCHANA ARORA 2023.01.12 12:17 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment

CWP No. 29999 of 2022 be repatriated to his parent department i.e. Punjab Armed Police. The precise contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner was deputed to the Intelligence Wing, Punjab vide order dated 24.11.2021. However, in the impugned order date of deputation has been mentioned as 29.11.2011 which is against the record.

Mr. Inderjeet Singh Kang, Assistant Advocate General, Punjab on instructions from Head Constable Surinder Singh submits that infact the name of the petitioner was mentioned in the impugned order owing to a clerical mistake which the department later on realized and despite the order the petitioner continues to be posted in the Intelligence Wing, Punjab. In view of the statement made by the learned State counsel, no further order is required to be passed in the present writ petition. The writ petition stands disposed off accordingly.
