(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, namely, Gurdeep Singh and Davinder Singh in case FIR No.0187 dated 02.09.2019 registered under Sections 323, 324, 341, 379, 506, 294, 34 IPC at Police Station Sadar Jagraon, District Ludhiana Rural.

On instructions from ASI Paramjit Singh, learned State counsel submits that petitioners - Gurdeep Singh and Davinder Singh - have joined the investigation and are no more required for interrogation. In view of above, order dated 13.12.2019 passed by this Court is made absolute.

Disposed of accordingly.
