Nagar in case FIR No.87, dated 22.04.2003, registered under Sections 323, 324, 325, 341/41 of Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station City Nawanshahr, District S.B.S. Nagar (Annexure P-1). Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous, as the petitioner has already surrendered before the Court.
