ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Vide order dated 10.12.2019, on an undertaking given by the petitioner that he will appear before the trial Court within a period of 05 days i.e. by 16.12.2019, the petitioner was granted interim bail. Thereafter on 20.12.2019, it was noticed that the petitioner has not surrendered before the trial Court as the counsel for the State, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, has stated so on that day and the interim order was vacated.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Joginder Singh, submits that the petitioner has not appeared before the trial Court.
