The present application is for placing on record the the decree dated 14.11.2018 as Annexure A-1 and Order dated 10.07.2018 as Annexure A-2 and Order dated 03.01.2020 as Annexure A-3. 2.

Application is allowed as prayed for, subject to all just exceptions. Annexures A-1, A-2 and A-3 are taken on record respectively. CRM-M-51940-2019 1.

The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.281 dated 24.07.2019, under PARUL 2023.05.26 16:14 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation, in compliance of order dated 24.08.2021. 3.

Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner has duly joined the investigation and has placed on record the decree of divorce granted to him against his earlier wife.

Per contra, learned counsel for the complainant fairly submits that the grouse of the complaint and basis of lodging of the present FIR was that the petitioner concealed the fact of his previous marriage and had shown a false document that he had already been divorced and the said false document is also in the custody of the State. The custodial interrogation of the petitioner is no longer required. 5.

In view of above, the petition is allowed. The order dated 24.08.2021 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner, is made absolute. However, the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so by the Investigating Agency and shall abide by the conditions of Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
