**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioners seek anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 273 dated 16.11.2019, registered under Sections 148, 149, 323, 506 IPC and Sections 325 and 452 IPC added subsequently, Police Station Tigaon, District Faridabad.

Vide order dated 05.12.2019 the petitioners were granted interim bail and were directed to join the investigation. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that pursuant to the order dated 05.12.2019 passed by this Court, the petitioners have joined the investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Anand Pal, submits that the petitioners have joined investigation and are no more required for any further investigation.
