Ms. Aditi Girdhar, Assistant Advocate General, Haryana. ***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J .(Oral) Having heard the learned counsel for the parties, this Court does not find any special case for grant of anticipatory bail. The petition, as such, is dismissed. However, in case the petitioner chooses to surrender before the trial Court within one week from today and moves an application for grant of regular bail, the trial Court shall endeavour to dispose of the same expeditiously within a period of one week from filing of such application, while considering all such pleas as may be raised by the petitioner including his plea to the effect that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and that the complainant who alleges that he was carrying an amount of ` 10 lacs was in fact not possessed of such amount. The petition stands disposed of.
