Mr. P.H.S Pannu, Advocate with Mr. Saurav Khullar, Deputy Manager Legal For Bajaj Allianz & General Insurance Company Ltd. -.- As agreed by the learned counsel for the appellants, learned counsel and representative of the respondent-Insurance Company, a sum of Rs.8,05,000/- (rupees eight lakhs and five thousand only) over and above the amount awarded by the Tribunal is allowed to the appellants in full and final settlement of the claim in this appeal. Learned counsel for the appellants states that he has got the consent of all the appellants that the enhanced amount be only disbursed to appellant No.1-Poonam. Accordingly, we dispose off this case with a direction to the Insurance Company to deposit a sum of Rs. Rs.

8,05,000/- (rupees eight lakhs and five thousand only) by way of RTGS in the bank account of appellant No.1-Poonam. The details of the savings bank account shall be provided by the learned counsel for the appellants to the learned counsel for the Insurance Company within seven days from today, failing which a crossed-cheque for the said amount in the name of appellant No.1 be deposited with the office of the Lok Adalat of the High Court within four weeks from today, failing which, interest @ 9% per annum shall follow on this amount till payment from the date of this order. National Lok Adalat Bench No.01 2023:PHHC:070072 FAO-442-2019 (O&M) -2The concerned Officer of the Lok Adalat Branch/Office shall issue proper receipt to learned counsel/representative of the respondentInsurance Company after receiving the cheque. The appellants' counsel/appellants may collect the cheque from the office of the Lok Adalat. Since main case stands settled, pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.

Copy of the order be supplied/sent to the counsel/parties and file be returned to the Hon'ble High Court.
