Petitioner (Rishab Bhatia) has filed this second petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.187, dated 30.09.2021, under Section 22 (C) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station E Division Amritsar.

Learned counsel for the parties do not dispute the fact that the case is at the fag end and the matter is pending before the learned trial Court for recording the statement of the accused under Section 313 Cr.P.C. 3.
