RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner, namely; Amritpal Singh, in case FIR No. 94 dated 21.07.2018 registered under Sections 382, 341, 323, 427, 506 and 149 IPC and Section 4 of the Punjab Prevention of Damages to Public and Private Property Act, 2014 at Police Station Sadar, Faridkot.

Learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation. In view of the above, order dated 06.12.2019, passed by this Court is made absolute.
