$ 1. Through the instant petition, as instituted under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., the petitioners seek quashing of FIR No.200 dated 01.05.2024 (Annexure P-1), registered under Sections 420, 465, 467, 471, 120-B of the IPC, at P.S. S.G.M. Nagar, Faridabad, District Faridabad, along with all the consequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of the Compromise Deed (Annexure P-2).

3. On asking of the Court, Mr. Rajesh Gaur, Addl. A.G., Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent No.1-State.
4. Mr. Rahul Gautam, Advocate, who records his appearance on behalf of the respondent No.2, under a memorandum of appearance instituted
##$%&'#&(&% #&# before this Court today, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent concerned and admits the factum of compromise between the parties. Moreover, he undertakes to file a validly executed Vakalatnama in his favour, by the respondent concerned, on or before the subsequent date of hearing.

In the light of admission on behalf of the learned counsel for the respondent No.2, the parties are directed to, within a month from today, appear before the learned trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate concerned toget their respective statements recorded regarding compromise and after recording their statements, the learned Trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate concerned is directed to send the same along with its report regarding the genuineness of compromise, on or before the date fixed in the instant petition, specifically with regard to the following facts:-
1. Number of persons arrayed as accused in the FIR.
2. Whether any accused is proclaimed offender.
3. Stage of the trial/proceedings.
4. Whether the compromise is genuine, voluntary and without any coercion or undue influence.
5. Total number of victims and their names.
6. It is made clear that complainant/private respondent should also appear in person before the learned trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate concerned to get their statements recorded regarding compromise.
7. To come up on 11.12.2024 for awaiting the report.
8. The learned State counsel is also directed to verify the factum of compromise by the date fixed.
9. A copy of this order be sent to the learned trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate concerned for compliance. 3+$/
