Present second petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, for grant of bail pending trial to the petitioner in FIR No.93 dated 16.05.2021, under Sections 302, 307, 397, 353, 201, 212, 216, 420, 467, 468, 120-B & 186 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860; and Sections 25 & 27 of the Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station City Jagraon, District Ludhiana Rural, Punjab.
