RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Petitioner is seeking issuance of direction in the nature of certiorari for setting aside order dated 06.11.2019 (P-1), as the petitioner has been relieved vide order dated 28.11.2019 (P-4).

Issue notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Kiran Pal Singh, AAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State. Learned counsel for the petitioner shall hand over copy of the petition to learned State counsel by today itself. Learned State counsel, at the very outset, informed the Court that vide order dated 09.01.2020, the petitioner has been temporary adjusted at Government Senior Secondary School Gudhha (Jhajjar) against vacant post with immediate effect. He has been directed to participate in next transfer drive for getting permanent place of posting. Learned State counsel has further informed the Court that the petitioner is on deputation since 2011. The order dated 09.01.2020 is taken on record as Annexure A-1.

In view of the above factual position, at this stage, no ground is made out for setting aside order dated 06.11.2019 (P-1) Dismissed.
