Mr.Arvind Arora, Advocate for the petitioner. **** ANUPINDER SINGH GREWAL, J (ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had been duly elected to the Board of Directors of the Ambala Central Cooperative Bank Limited (respondent No.6). Respondent No.1 by the impugned order has restrained the returning officer from declaring the result which is impermissible in law. He further submits that the petitioner has sent an application (Annexure P-11) to respondent No.1 in this regard and this petition be disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1 to consider and decide the application (Annexure P-11) in accordance with law.
Issue notice to respondents No.1 to 6 at this stage. At the asking of the Court, Mr. Anant Kataria, DAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 5 and Mr. Rajesh Gaur, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.6.

The petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1 to consider and decide the application (Annexure P-11) in accordance with law within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
