**** HARKESH MANUJA, J. (ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for issuance of a direction to the respondents to submit final report/challan under Section 173 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.0004, dated 11.01.2018, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Badhni Kalan, District Moga (AnnexureP-1).

Today Mr. Tarun Aggarwal, Sr. D.A.G., Punjab, on instructions from ASI Chamkaur Singh submitted that investigation in the aforesaid case has already been completed and a cancellation report in this regard stands filed before the trial Court on 16.12.2022. Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner shall be at liberty to appear before the trial Court and avail his rights in accordance with the law. Petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms.
