NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) By way of filing the present appeal, the appellant has laid challenge to the order dated 10.07.2019, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Tarn Taran, whereby the bail bonds and surety bonds furnished by the appellant were ordered to be forfeited to the State. The appellant was ordered to be summoned through nonbailable warrants, in view of the fact that since 28.02.2019, despite the case having been adjourned for 07 dates on the consideration of charge, the appellant has not appeared before the learned trial Court. At the outset, on instructions, learned counsel for the State has informed that thereafter, the appellant had surrendered before the learned trial court on 28.02.2020 and was admitted to interim bail on his RISHU KATARIA 2024.08.13 10:55 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment.

CRA-S-3556-2019 -2furnishing personal bonds to the tune of Rs.75,000/- with one surety in the like amount. Learned counsel for the State has filed copy of order dated 28.02.2020 in Court today, which is taken on record. Further, learned counsel for the State submits that in view of the above, nothing survives in the present appeal and the same has been rendered infructuous.

Learned counsel for the appellant fairly admits the aforesaid submissions of learned counsel for the State and submits that thereafter, the appellant is regularly appearing before the learned trial Court and the next date of hearing before the learned trial Court is 30.08.2024. In view of the above, learned counsel for the appellant submits that the instant appeal has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of, as such.

Ordered accordingly.
