The present petition has been filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0022 dated 15.07.2023, under Sections 419, 420 of IPC, Police Station-Cyber Police Station Rohtak, District Station Rohtak.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have not complied with the order dated 12.01.2024, therefore, she does not press the present petition.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as having been not pressed.
