(ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioners seek anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 136 dated 18.8.2019, registered under Sections 306, 506, 34 IPC, Police Station Kotbhai, District Sri Muktsar Sahib. Petitioner No.1-Sandeep Kaur, is the wife of Lakhvir Singh, whereas petitioners No.2 is the brother of petitioner No. 1 and petitioner No. 3 is the father of petitioner No. 1. Petitioner No.1 alongwith her children has been residing in her parental house for the last one year, whereas Lakhvir Singh has consumed the poison at his place on 16.8.2019. Vide order dated 6.12.2019, petitioners were granted interim bail and were directed to join investigation. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 6.12.2019, the petitioners have joined the investigation. In view of the above facts, but without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 6.12.2019 granting interim bail to the petitioners is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
