As per the Office note, two petitions were filed by the petitioner, one being the present and the other being CRM-M-59697-2022. CRM-M-59697-2022 was dismissed as withdrawn on 10.01.2023. The present petition was filed prior to that on 14.12.2022 referring that this petition being the first one.

Faced with the same, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. Permitted to do so. 3.
