Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.48, dated 02.04.2021, registered under Sections 22(b) and 29 of NDPS Act, at Police Station Sadar Kotkapura, District Faridkot.

Custody certificate has been filed by learned State counsel, as per which, the petitioner is behind bars for 01 year and 04 days. One more FIR was registered against him under the NDPS Act, during the period, he was on interim bail by the trial Court in this case, on account of non-filing of the challan. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition at this stage.
