Through the instant petition, as instituted under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. read with Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners have sought issuance of directions upon respondents No.2 to 4 to prohibit the police officials concerned from visiting the house of the petitioners, and, also to restrain them from interfering in their life. 2.

The learned State counsel, who is in receipt of advance notice, intimates this Court, on instructions imparted to him by A.S.I. Gurdit Singh, that the son of the petitioner No.1 is involved in FIR No.80 dated 14.09.2023, under Sections 504 and 507 of the IPC, registered at P.S. Khajuria, District Rampur, Uttar Pradesh. Therefore, upon request of the police officials of U.P. Police, the house of the petitioner was searched only once on 07.11.2023. He further submits that in case, there arises any necessity in future for searching the petitioners' house, the petitioners would be served with an appropriate notice prior thereto.
