Present petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking grant of regular bail, in case, FIR No.269, dated 15.10.2022, under Sections 302 and 34 of IPC (section 201 of IPC added later on), registered at Police Station Lakhan Majra, District Rohtak. 2.

Today, counsel for the petitioner as well as learned State counsel, upon instructions from SI Pawan Kumar, informs the Court that after completion of trial, petitioner has already been acquitted by the trial Court. Thus, present petition can be disposed of, as the same having been rendered infructuous.
