Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of direction to respondents No. 2 and 3 to conduct the fair and impartial inquiry by some senior officer in case FIR No. 81, dated 02.07.2023, under Sections 363, 366, 366-A and 506 of the IPC read with Section 120-B thereof, registered at Police Station Amargarh, District Malerkotla.

Learned State counsel has informed that the son of the petitioner Alam Ali, is one of the accused in the present case who is yet to join the investigation.

Faced with the above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take all such pleas while taking appropriate remedy. 4.
Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. 5.
