(Oral) Looking at the criminal antecedents of the petitioner as also the fact that he had remained a proclaimed offender for 02 years, I do not deem it appropriate to grant him the concession of regular bail. However, keeping in view the fact that the petitioner has been in custody since 20.07.2022, the Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible but preferably within a period of 06 months from the next date fixed before it.
