None for respondent No.2 *** Nidhi Gupta, J. (Oral) Prayer in the present petition is for quashing of FIR No.0175 dated 27.05.2022 under Sections 363 and 366-A IPC registered at Police Station Badli, District Jhajjar (Annexure P/3) and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Zile Singh submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the cancellation report has been prepared in the matter on 18.03.2023 and the same is now pending for consideration before the higher authorities. 3.

A perusal of the order sheet reveals that on the last date of hearing i.e. on 10.05.2023, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Even today, none is present on behalf of the petitioner. 4.

Accordingly, in view of the statement of learned State counsel, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. However, in case anything survives, liberty is granted to the petitioner to revive the same, within a period of three months from today, if so advised. (Nidhi Gupta) 18.04.2024 Judge 'Amit'
