(ORAL) Apprehending danger to their life and liberty from respondents No.4 to 6, petitioners, who claim to be in 'live-in relationship', have filed the present petition with a prayer to direct the official respondents to protect their life and liberty,s from the hands of respondent No. 4 to 6 and further to direct them (respondent No. 4 to 6) not to interfere in their life. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petition on the ground that the matter has been amicably settled between the petitioners and the private respondents No.4 to 6. 3.
