Perusal of the record would show that vide order dated 25.06.2020, interim bail was granted to the petitioner for 10 days to attend marriage ceremony of his daughter Rajbala subject to his furnishing adequate bail bonds/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate/Duty Magistrate, Palwal. Petitioner was to surrender at the jail gate in the evening of 10th day from the date of his release at 5:00 PM. Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Vijay Pal submits that the petitioner has not surrendered after availing the concession of interim bail so far.

CRM-M No.52037 of 2019(O&M) Time of more than 1 year has expired, but the petitioner has not surrendered. Non-compliance of the order dated 25.06.2020 would make the petitioner dis-entitled for grant of regular bail as he has not come to the Court with clean hands and has misused the concession of interim bail. In view of aforesaid position, this petition is dismissed.
