**** Manjari Nehru Kaul, J.(Oral) The petitioner is invoking the inherent jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 Cr.PC for issuance of directions to the official respondents to investigate the complaint/representation dated 26.10.2022 (Annexures P-1 & P-2) in a comprehensive manner in accordance with law and not extend undue benefit to the private respondents. After arguing for sometime, a prayer was made by learned counsel for the petitioners for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to avail of alternate remedies as may be available to him in accordance with law.
