(Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of the impugned order dated 10.10.2022 (Annexure P-5) passed by learned Judicial Magistrate First Class Faridabad, whereby the complaint bearing NACT No.3098 of 2018 dated 03.05.2018 filed under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 and under Section 420 of Indian Penal Code has been dismissed in default for want of prosecution.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant petition.
